Steve Pescosolido
Pastor
Brother Steve serves as the Senior Pastor at Trinity. Bro. Steve was appointed to Trinity in July of 2010. Educationally, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross (Massachusetts) and earned his Master's of Divinity degree from the Asbury Theological Seminary (Wilmore, Kentucky).
Bro. Steve has served as a full-time pastor in the Kentucky Annual Conference since 1990 (ordained Elder in 1992). He is married to Karen and they have three daughters: Kristina, Julie and Rachel. Bro. Steve has a passion for the Church to experience God in prayer, worship, discipleship and service.
WES IRVIN
Director of Family Youth Ministries
Wes Irvin serves as the Director of Youth and Children's Ministries. He has been serving in this part-time position since March 2008. Wes came to Trinity after serving as the Youth Minister at his home church of Bearwallow UMC from 2001 to 2008. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from Lindsey Wilson College, a Master's Degree and the Rank One Certification.
Wes is married to Andrea and they have two sons, Grady & Hudson. The youth and children meet each Wednesday night and also go on outings that Wes plans.
Karen Pescosolido
Direct of Music Ministries
Karen Pescosolido serves as the Director of Music Ministries. She has been serving since March of 2011. Karen holds a Bachelor's of Music degree (Vocal Performance) from Morehead State University and a Master's degree in Education (Counseling) from Lindsey Wilson College. She directs the music at both the Contemporary Service and the Traditional Service. She has years of experience with praise and worship music and she also directs the church's adult choir.

His education background is a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, Massachusetts) and a Master's of Divinity degree from the Asbury Theological Seminary (Wilmore, Kentucky).
Bro. Steve has served as a full-time pastor in the Kentucky Annual Conference since 1990 (ordained Elder in 1992). He is married to Karen and they have three daughters: Kristina, Julie & Rachel. And they now have six grandchildren.
Bro. Steve has a passion for the Church to experience God in prayer, worship, discipleship and service. The presence of Jesus is life-changing and life-giving.

Karen Pescosolido serves as the Director of Music Ministries. She has been serving since March of 2011. Karen holds a Bachelor's of Music degree (Vocal Performance) from Morehead State University and a Master's degree in Education (Counseling) from Lindsey Wilson College. She directs the music at both the Contemporary Service and the Traditional Service. She has years of experience with praise and worship music and with hymns and Gaither music. During the Fall she organizes and directs the church's children's Christmas musical program.

Rachel Byrd
Assistant Director of
Family Ministries
Rachel serves as the Assistant Director of Family Ministries. Her focus will primarily be children’s ministry and preschool ministry. She is a 2012 graduate of Adair County High School (enjoyed FFA and land judging) and a 2016 graduated of Lindsey Wilson College (B.S. degree in Biology). She has been a follower of Jesus for 23 years and a member of Trinity for 11 years. She is married to Nate Byrd and has three children: Kamden, Lexie and Reagan.

Phyllis Burris
Administrative Assistant
Phyllis Burris began as our Administrative Assistant in October of 2018. She has years of office experience and church reports for the UMC, as she assisted her husband who was a United Methodist pastor. She prepares worship, prayer & music resources for all services, coordinates the sign up for the food pantry and many other organizational duties. She is also available for phone prayer during the Lunchtime Prayer online meetings.
Verlene Rogers
Church Custodian
Verlene serves as the custodian for the church with a sizable facility to keep clean. From worship spaces, to hospitality spaces, to children's spaces, to the large gym space. She has done an excellent job keeping the church clean and disinfected during COVID. Her husband, Jerry, and her daughter, Beth, often help her.
